Cracker Candy  
I don't know why I didn't think of this sooner. Now I can't lose track of the recipe. This is transcribed directly from Christine's writing.

YOU NEED:
saltine crackers
2 sticks of butter/margarine
1/2 cup of sugar
12 ounce bag of chocolate chips
0 strips of bacon (edit by Mike)

METHOD:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Arrange crackers on a foil lined cookie sheet. Simmer butter and sugar, when melted pour over crackers evenly. Bake for 8 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle the whole bag of chocolate chips on crackers, and put it back in the oven for 1 - 2 minutes. Remove from oven and spread chips over crackers evenly. Let cool for 20 minutes, then set in refrigerator and let harden (6-8 hours). After hardened, break into pieces and store in fridge. Do not share this recipe with anyone for you will be instantly disemboweled and quartered. Enjoy!!!

Can I just say how much I love that the title of this post - Cracker Candy - sits next to a picture of a black guy? Srsly.

Never mind that "cracker candy" sounds like something he'd have in his lyrics somewhere, and as such is entirely appropriate, it still makes me laugh.
